FigureDex: Your Amiibo Collection, Finally Organized
FigureDex is on the App Store. A native catalog for Amiibo collectors with status tracking, series stats and iCloud sync.
After months of development, testing and plenty of coffee, I’m excited to announce that FigureDex is now available on the App Store.
If you collect Amiibo, you probably know the frustration: you’re at the store, you see a figure that catches your eye, and you’re left thinking… “Do I already have this one? Was it the one I wanted or the one I didn’t care about?”
Spreadsheets, notes on your phone, photos of your collection… nothing worked well. I needed something better.
FigureDex was born from that need. A native iOS app that lets you:
- Track your full collection — Over 250 Amiibo organized in 27 categories
- Mark statuses — Owned, Don’t have, Not interested
- Favorites — Because there are always figures you like more than others
- Statistics — Visualize your real progress, by category and overall
- iCloud sync — Your collection safe and available on all your devices
What mattered to me
Native design. No hybrid frameworks. Pure SwiftUI, with fluid animations and an interface that feels right at home on iOS. Dynamic gradients for each category, SF Symbols, and that level of polish you expect from a native app.
Works offline. Your Amiibo data is on your device. You don’t need internet to check your collection. CloudKit syncs when connected, but the app works perfectly without it.
Privacy. Your data is yours. Stored in your personal iCloud, not on third-party servers. No invasive analytics, no tracking, no ads.
Localization. Spanish and English from day one. Because collectors are everywhere.
